「石油備蓄カウンター」(以下「本アプリ」) のプライバシーポリシーです。
1. 収集する情報
本アプリは、以下の個人情報・利用者情報を一切収集しません。
- 氏名、メールアドレス、電話番号、住所等の個人情報
- 端末識別子 (IDFA, AAID 等)
- 位置情報
- 連絡先、写真、カメラ、マイク等の端末リソース
- 利用者のアプリ内操作のトラッキング情報
本アプリの全機能は、ユーザ登録・ログインなしで利用できます。
2. 外部送信
本アプリは Firebase Firestore (Google LLC が提供するクラウドデータベース) から、公開されている石油備蓄統計データを読み取るためにネットワーク通信を行います。この通信は読み取りのみであり、利用者の情報を外部に送信することはありません。
Firebase の利用に伴う Google による技術ログ (IP アドレス、リクエスト時刻等) については、Google のプライバシーポリシー (https://policies.google.com/privacy) に従って取り扱われます。
3. データソース
本アプリで表示される統計データの一次出典は経済産業省 資源エネルギー庁が公開する以下の PDF です。

本アプリは上記の公開データを取得し、可読性の高い形で表示するものであり、独自に統計を作成・改変するものではありません。
4. 子供のプライバシー
本アプリは特定の年齢層を対象とするものではありませんが、13 歳未満の児童から個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。
5. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは予告なく変更されることがあります。変更後の内容は本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

1. Information We Collect
The App does not collect any personal information or user data, including:
- Names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses
- Device identifiers (IDFA, AAID, etc.)
- Location data
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or other device resources
- In-app behavioral tracking
All features of the App are available without registration or login.
2. External Communication
The App connects to Firebase Firestore (a cloud database provided by Google LLC) to read publicly available oil reserve statistics. This communication is read-only and does not transmit any user data.
Google's privacy policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) governs Google's handling of technical logs (IP addresses, request timestamps, etc.) associated with Firebase usage.
3. Data Source
All statistical data displayed by the App originates from the following public PDFs published by the Agency for Natural Resources and Energy, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry of Japan:
- Daily: oil_daily.pdf
- Monthly index: pl001/results.html
The App fetches and presents this public data in a readable form. It does not create or modify the underlying statistics.
4. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at any particular age group and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
